Comment: This is sheep-grazed pasture with naturally undulating topography primarily of importance for its ditches. These range from shallow, ephemeral ditches to broad, deep ditches regularly maintained by the Internal Drainage Board. Vegetation types vary in relation to the stage of succesion. Some stretches are clear of emergent vegetation, other parts have varying degrees of dominance by reed. The margins are mostly open to grazing stock which helps to maintain short, species-rich margins. No negative indicators were noted.
Number of adverse condition reasons: 0
