Estimated year unit will go Favourable: Confidence in estimate:

Wet woodland - alder-dominated wet woodland of good quality and typical of the Broads. Breeding bird assemblage - this needs to be assessed across the whole SSSI, but notable within this unit were marsh tit (2 pairs), cuckoo, woodcock and hobby. Dykes/ 'natural eutrophic lakes' - the dykes within this area were of good quality, with high species richness and good water quality. A number of notable species were recorded, and a number of the dykes outside the SSSI were particularly rich. This assessment just relates to the eastern part of the current unit 23. The western part will be re-unitised in conjunction with unit 31.
