Reason for adverse condition: FRESHWATER - DRAINAGE,FRESHWATER POLLUTION - WATER POLLUTION - DISCHARGE,
Comment: As with the previous assessment 60% of unit one has been destroyed. The land has apparently been reclaimed for agricultural purposes sometime before December 2000. The remainder of the unit is dry with scrub and molinia dominating. The remnants of bog vegetation still remain, where the now dry, larger pond once existed. Shagnum cuspidatum with cotton-grass can be found here.Royal fern is locally abundant.
